Relying on our large experience, technical skills and industrials Knowledge of processing nuts, Peanuts and seeds, we have developed "Batch Type Roasting Machine" by using worlds best "Radiant Infrared Direct Heating Roasting Technology". This is the best roasting technology in the world which can uniformly roast products by high fuel efficiency. Inside our "RADIANT HEATING BATCH ROASTER" a specially designed LPG / CNG GAS fired "Radiant Burner Plate" emits the radiant infrared rays to the product continually moving on a defined path for roasting. By this process only radiant rays directly transfers inside the product and roast product without any dark spot and color variation. This all process done in insulated close chamber with minimum heat lose, so our "RADIANT HEATING BATCH ROASTER" gives maximum fuel efficiency than any other traditional roasting machine. All roasting process occurs in a close chamber and product gets minimum oxidation, it makes roasted product with maximum self-life and developed flavor. We have used the best roasting technology with our mechanical expertize in the machine to roast Peanut, Groundnut, Sesame Seed, Pumpkin, Linseed, Cashew, Pistachios, Almond, Tamarind Seed without losing taste, flavor, look, color.
